Biblical Discipleship Leadership Program

 Come be an integral part of the Camp Good News Team! Enjoy leading children and counseling them by pointing them to Christ. Become a tremendous influence in children's lives as they look to you for strength and encouragement. You’ll have the privilege to work with and fellowship with other young people while being challenged in your walk of faith with God.  The Discipleship Leadership Program is an intensive spiritual journey committed to developing your spiritual growth. It includes Bible studies, mentoring, fellowship, and practical hands-on ministry opportunities. During the day we will minister and serve together and in the evenings we focus on you!  

You’ll be part of a mentoring program committed to developing your spiritual growth as you prepare for the next steps where God is leading you in life. Come be a part of the adventure and excitement!  

This Program is Free of Charge, but you must apply and be approved.

Program is designed for age 15 and up, 14 year-olds may be accepted at Camp Coordinators discretion. 

13 & 14 year-olds can apply for the CIT Program. 

This Discipleship Leadership Program is for young people who want to grow in their walk with the Lord, it is not designed to reform young people who are not interested in deepening their relationship with God. We find this program more beneficial if the young persons wants to be a part of being discipled instead of parents deciding on sending them. ;-)

Qualifications: 

Born again believer in Jesus 

Committed follower of Jesus Christ

Teachable Spirit, desire to grow in God's word

Servant heart
